Orena Avenue — Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Orena Avenue activewear. If something isn’t quite right, please review the policy below.


🇺🇸 United States Orders

1) Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.


2) Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be free of odors, stains, deodorant/makeup marks, pet hair, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.


3) Non‑Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance/marked Final Sale items
  • Intimates, underwear, and swimwear (if applicable)
  • Any item labeled “non‑returnable” at purchase

4) Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable

5) Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If unavailable:

  • A refund or store credit will be issued

6) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection
  • Processed to the original payment method
  • Banks may take additional time to reflect funds

If a return is refused, it may be sent back at your expense.


7) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Once confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund

Return shipping will be covered in these cases.


8) Bundles, Promotions & Discounts

  • Full bundle must be returned for full refund
  • Partial returns may be adjusted to reflect full-price items retained

🌍 International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

9) Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.


10) Eligibility & Condition

All returned items must meet the same requirements as U.S. orders:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Tags attached and original packaging included
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

11) International Return Shipping (Customer Responsibility)

  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Orena Avenue does not provide prepaid return labels for international orders
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

🚨 Important:
We do not cover or reimburse international return shipping costs under any circumstance (unless the item is defective or incorrect).


12) Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes
  • These fees are non-refundable
  • Orena Avenue does not reimburse customs charges

13) Shipping Risk (International Returns)

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
  • Orena Avenue is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered returns

14) Refunds (International Orders)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs/duties are not refundable through Orena Avenue

International Policy Summary

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and associated charges.
